About Nextstep — Job application tracker
Nextstep helps people keep a job search organised in one private workspace. Instead of scattering opportunities across spreadsheets, bookmarks and notes, you can keep company names, role details, posting links, recruiter contacts and your next action together. The product focuses on managing the opportunities you choose to track; it is not a recruitment agency or a public directory of jobseekers.
From the first saved role to the next decision
Applications move through Pending, Applied, Online assessment, Interview, Offer, Rejected and Withdrawn stages. List and board views give different ways to review your pipeline. The calendar brings together upcoming assessments, interviews and follow-ups. Notes and follow-up logs help you remember conversations, while CSV export lets you keep a spreadsheet copy of your records.
Tools that support your judgement
When enabled, autofill can read supported public job postings into a draft, and the assistant can help organise application information. Imported details should always be checked before saving. Feature availability depends on the site’s configuration. Reminders stay inside Nextstep, and no feature here promises a job offer or automatically submits applications to an employer.
